Needlewalk is not liable if incorrect or missing shipping information is provided at checkout. We are not liable to refund or change the delivery address in such circumstances.

Please ensure all of your shipping details are 100% complete and correct before placing the order. If shipping information has been entered incorrectly, please contact our Customer Care at service@needlewalk.com within two hours of your order placement.

Herewhite is responsible for delivering the item to the shipping address provided, we are not liable if the item is lost or stolen after the item has been delivered. Please ensure the delivery location is a safe environment.

SHIPPING FEES & DELIVERY TIME

Important Notice: During COVID-19 Period (Now Omicron), the shipping time will be expected longer than before!

Some of the hot items, customized orders, as well as the pre-sale products are not included in normal shipping process.

Packages might take longer to arrive during the holiday busy season, which depends on your local postal office delivery capacity.

Please keep in mind that we always deliver item(s) as soon as they’re ready. So, if there're more than one items in your order, you might receive the items one by one (no extra charge). We’ll send you a separate email to confirm the shipment along with tracking numbers.

Shipping time may vary due to product availability. Needlewalk reserves the right to cancel any orders that involve product availability in which the customers will be contacted.

In the event of canceled orders, our refunds take 5-7 business days to process, as all payments go through a payment gateway and it takes a couple of working days for settlement.

International customers may be charged additional import taxes.

Customs fees for the items are levied by local governments - laws from nation to nation vary. Unfortunately, import taxes are something that needlewalk cannot pay for as they are not a set amount, charged by the local government at receipt of the item, and should be the responsibility of the importer.
