Who can place orders in the needlewalk shop?
The Needlewalk shop is a worldwide tattoo supply store, so we do ship worldwide.
Which payment methods can I choose from?
At the moment you can use one of the following payment methods: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), PayPal.
What happened if I receive a defective package?
Send a picture of the package to service@needlewalk.com for further assistance.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Currently, Needlewalk is still under the effects of covid, some of the products and orders are delayed, which shows at mainly big magnums and some special needle groups, but the rest still can be shipped within 3-5 business days. If there are special situations, we will send you an email. Besides, we are not working during weekends.
What is my order status? How to track my order?
After you placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and then after your order shipped, you will receive another email with the relevant track and trace number. If you have lost the email or filled in the wrong email address please contact service@needlewalk.com to find out more.
What happens if I filled in the wrong email address, shipping information, etc?
Please fill in the correct information with your order, because a wrong or miss-spelled email address will lead to missing information on your order. Needlewalk will not be able to contact you. Wrong shipping address will lead to a failed delivery of your package, especially when it is related to the country, postcode as well as apt, or house number, please double check your shipping information while you filled in. If you found something wrong please contact service@needlewalk.com as soon as possible! Once the order has been sent out, all the costs will be on the customer's duty.
I am living in XXX country, how long does the shipment take?
For order value under USD $59, the order will be sent by paid standard shipping.
For an order value over USD $99, it will send with free expressed shipping inc FedEx, DHL, or USPS, but Russia, Brazil, and some countries are not on this list.
Why am I not receiving e-mails regarding the order status from Needlewalk?
The e-mails sent by us may have landed in your spam folder. This might be the result of your personal settings of your mailbox. In this case, please accept messages from us in your mailbox or save our e-mail address in your contacts.

How long does Needlewalk provide a warranty for Needlewalk products? What does the warranty include?
Most of our products come with a warranty of 12 months, starting from the purchase date of your product. Disposable items, needles, and cartridges are not on the list.
Where are the Needlewalk products produced? And where do they ship from?
All the Needlewalk products are designed and manufactured in China. Some of the components are imported from EU, US, as well as Korea, etc. China has become "the Word manufactory center" since the 90s, and China's quality has been widely accepted and known around the world, not only in raw material processing but also in high technology and precision instrument manufacturing. Currently all your orders are directly shipping from China, later on, Needlewalk will have some local distributors and oversea warehouses.
How is Needlewalk different from others?
"Creation" is one of the most important core values of Needlewalk; the other most important is Needlewalk will be always keeping in mind of "listening to customer's needs, advice, and feedbacks". Needlewalk aims to help tattooists to improve their working efficiency, so to create more possible styles for art working.
Are Needlewalk tattoo cartridges and needles safe to use?
Yes, all of the Needlewalk tattoo cartridges and needles are E.O Gas sterilized and individually packaged.
